The Programs

Love your brain/mental health concept.

All of our programs have a foundational theory in the science of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment, and Trauma Informed Care that says - ALL humans need Felt Safety, Connection, and Regulation to develop and thrive. When you experience Felt Safety, Connection, and Regulation it repairs damage done by toxic stress and Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs) and builds resilience in individuals, families, and communities resulting in the experience of being Known & Loved.

In line with our approach to address the needs of populations more exposed to toxic stress and ACEs from the beginning, leading to vulnerable nervous systems, we offer programs tailored to those affected by foster care and adoption, as well as those hurting individuals facing challenges like miscarriage, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. We view those with vulnerable nervous systems as indicators alerting us all to the importance of felt safety, connection, and regulation as an essential human need. Our courses for everyone are tailored to prevent toxic stress and foster stronger, more resilient communities. Click below to explore programs in each category.
